Abstract

Digitalization has profoundly transformed how we live, work, and interact in contemporary society. It has revolutionized the way we access information, communicate, and carry out daily tasks. This thesis presents the development of the web application "Lab Organizer", designed to facilitate the management of laboratories at Aïn Témouchent University. The application enables users to reserve rooms and equipment in an organized and efficient manner, improving coordination among different stakeholders. It also includes a complaint management system, allowing users to report any issues or malfunctions with available resources. Lab Organizer stands out with its simple and intuitive user interface, making the reservation and tracking process easier. This work highlights the technical aspects of the application and its role in enhancing resource management and optimizing operations within the university's laboratories.
