Abstract

This study aims to identify and demonstrate the critical role of financial analysis in the financial decision-making process at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development Foundation, when it helps to understand the financial performance of the institution, assess future financial needs and identify financial opportunities and challenges. This study used the analytical descriptive approach based on the questionnaire tool. This study revealed a positive impact of financial analysis on financial decision-making at a moral level of 5% at the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development
