Abstract

Marital discord is considered as one of the most issues that couple face,the nushuz of the wife refers to her disobedience and defiance towards her husband.on the other hand,the nushuz of the husband is realized when he neglects his wife both materially and emotionally.nushuz can occur from both of spouses,which is referred to as discord (shiqaq).
