Abstract
Through our study of the subject of material and moral incentives and
their impact on job performance, where the problem of this study was
as follows: "What is the impact of the material and moral incentives
provided to employees on their performance" and through this
problem a set of sub-questions were raised and a set of hypotheses
were proposed, in order to answer the problem at hand.
And confirm the validity of the proposed hypotheses from the
theoretical and practical sides, and through this study, we concluded
that the material or moral incentives have a clear impact on the
performance of employees in particular and on the performance of the
institution in general. In addition to the credibility during the process
of providing incentives, it will lead the workers to pay more effort and
carry out the tasks assigned to them to perform effectively and with
high efficiency, in order to obtain those incentives provided in order to
meet the daily requirements. It has an incentive system through which
the institution can improve the level of performance of its workers in
particular and the level of its performance as a whole
