Abstract

The electronic litigation system in the administrative matte ris consiredered a product of the information revolution and the tremendous technological development,according to which all litigation procedures are applied through the issuance of the judgment in its regard by means of computers connected to the Internet and e-mail, inorder to speed up the separation and Improving the quality of gudicial work and reducing the burden on litigants, as this study aims to know what the electronic litigation system is in administrative disputes and to highlight its components and the fondations on which it is based. The stady is divided into main axes, and we concluded through them as much information and that electronic litigation is the most suitable fied for administrative dispute
