Abstract

of judicial modernization in the context of digital transformation. It explains its conceptual and procedural framework within the judicial system, based on the integration of technological tools into different stages of litigation, from electronic filing of claims to the issuance and enforcement of judgments. The study also addresses the concept, characteristics, and importance of electronic litigation in speeding up procedures, reducing court workload, and facilitating access to justice. It further examines its main applications in the Algerian judiciary, such as electronic claims, remote hearings, and electronic notification. The study concludes that this system improves judicial efficiency and transparency, but it still faces challenges related to digital infrastructure, legal regulation, and training of judicial staff.
