Abstract

" Trade union work is affected in accordance with the laws regulating the exercise of the right to trade union, in addition to the nature of the work and competence of the trade union organization and the leading bodies that head it, and the great decline in trade union work in Algeria due to the fragmentation of trade unions and their lack of distribution among various professions and their abundance in one field without the other; From the independence of trade union organizations and the procedures for establishing unions, federations and confederations and their representation ratios, through the procedures for organizing their functioning and their internal work system, and the problems and reasons for suspending and resolving their work, leading to the material and moral protection of workers, and protecting the exercise of the right to union, and thus highlights with it the objectives of the study of the legal framework regulating union representation in Algeria and the extent to which union representation contributes to the dedication of effective and practical protection of workers' rights, highlighting the importance of a public system that manages trade union organizations. It regulates its work and the procedures for its conduct and deployment in various fields.
