التصدي المؤسساتي لظاهرة فساد الاداري في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

The phenomenon of administrative corruption, which was and still is a global dilemma that both developed and underdeveloped countries suffer from, has prompted most countries to confront it, including Algeria, through an arsenal of institutions that monitored it in this field, and this was embodied starting with Algeria's ratification with a reservation of the Convention. The United Nations Anti-Corruption Commission for the year 2003, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 04-128. However, the effectiveness of these institutions remains dependent on the extent of their effectiveness, and their independence over the executive authority, in confronting the phenomenon of administrative corruption and limiting it.
