Abstract

The public utility is the basic structure of administrative activity, and plays a major role in providing the general needs of individuals, and submitting the necessary services from the requirements of daily life.

Public utilities differ according to the different tasks assigned to them, whether administratively, socially, professionally or economically, and all these types of public utilities are governed by administrative law and in disputes related it, it is also subject to different management methods from individual management through administrative decisions, to consensual manageme
