Abstract

Properties are considered charitable projects and good deeds that benefit the people and the country, in view of its effective role in achieving social and economic development. It aims at money on the face of ownership and charity, as it has several characteristics that distinguish it from the rest of the other donation contracts, and it has some similarities. In order for this endowment to be valid, all its elements must be available, as it is clear from the study of this subject that the endowment properties were subjected to many violations, which made them vulnerable to loss. Within the framework of protecting these properties, efforts have been made to achieve this goal, but it is clear from the study that the current legal regulation does not contain rules capable of providing the necessary legal protection, and that the legal rules provided by the Awqaf Law are not comprehensive for all issues.
