Abstract

Legal protection of real estate ownership is manifested in three forms within Algerian legislation : civil protection, which aims to establish the basis of the right and resolve legal issues ; criminal protection, which intervenes with punitive deterrence as soon as a criminal act is committed, thus providing a dual safety net for real estate ownership in Algeria ; and administrative protection, which consists of the technical and procedural aspects.
