Abstract

Algeria's environmental situation remains precarious. Algeria continues to suffer from environmental pollution, although Algeria's environmental reality compared to the global level remains acceptable. in many areas, including urban and industrial waste, water scarcity and the spread of desertification, Algeria continues to suffer from environmental pollution. The problem that stands in the way of the success of the environmental protection process is good governance in this area. However, despite all these difficulties, the legislature has developed some legislative texts and environmental protection mechanisms.
