Résumé
The principle of legal security is one of the principles on which legislation relies to achieve
legislative stability, as this principle works to achieve a balance between the various laws and
legislations, it is known that there may be a conflict between these laws, which leads to the
difficulty of their application on the ground, especially from a judicial point of view, as this
principle comes with the main goal of enshrining the principle of legality and this principle
cannot be enshrined in light of the inconsistency of laws with each other, on the other hand, This
principle enshrines the right of individuals within society to public freedoms, as this right reflects
the extent of legislation caring for their societies, especially since the international community is
now calling for the enshrinement of these rights.
The Algerian legislator has enshrined a set of legal and judicial guarantees to achieve the
principle of legal security on the ground, as evidenced by the country's latest constitutional
amendment through the explicit adoption of this principle
