Abstract
Copyright is one of the most important intellectual property rights because it represents
the intellectual and intellectual creativity. Therefore, national legislations and international
conventions protect the works of any kind or manner of expression by protecting the rights of
their recognized authors whether literary or financial. Literary or moral rights inherent in the
personality is a protective shield that helps the author to prove his character in the face of his
contemporaries and in the face of past and future generations, a set of privileges or authorities
aimed at empowering the character of the author and respect for his invention and the integrity
of his work, The protection of the relationship between the author and his work, and hence the
various international legislation and conventions in this regard to protect the moral right of the
author and not to prejudice it.
