Nuclear energy is generated by controlling the reactions of fission or fusion of the ring. This energy is exploited in nuclear power plants, where the water is heated to produce water vapor, which is then used to move the fins to produce electricity. In this study, we will discuss, in particular, the nature of pressurized water nuclear reactors of the second generation, their most important components, advantages and principle of operation, in addition to mentioning their advantages and disadvantages. We will also discuss about the nuclear fuel cycle (uranium), how it is extracted and enriched, what is its role inside a nuclear reactor, and how to get rid of harmful nuclear waste. Minimizing energy loss is the challenge of the times for scientists. The main objective of our work is to determine the ideal regimen for fluid movement and to study pressure and velocity in both laminar and turbulent types using a ANSYS_ WORKBENCH program precisely with FLUENTen_US
