Abstract

"Land surveying is the only method for settling real estate status, clearing real estate ownership, and strengthening real estate credit. The land surveying process has identified direct and indirect mechanisms, including prescription, certificates of possession, and customary deeds, for clearing ownership based on real estate investigation. Direct mechanisms for clearing real estate ownership have been found, including various types of land surveys, establishing the real estate registry, and preparing the real estate book, which effectively proves ownership or real estate rights."
