Étude des propriétés de photoluminescence et morphologiques des couches minces de ZnO dopées à l'azote

Abstract

Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a TCO material possessing interesting physical properties which place it among the most promising materials for use in different fields such as piezoelectricity, the photovoltaic effect, optoelectronics. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on nitrogen-doped ZnO thin films, providing a detailed investigation of their morphological and photoluminescence properties. The results of this study may have implications for the design and optimization of nitrogen-doped ZnO materials, particularly for applications in sensors, solar cells, and other optoelectronic devices. Additionally, the use of spray pyrolysis technique offers a scalable and cost-effective method for the synthesis of nitrogen-doped ZnO, thereby enhancing its potential for industrial applications.
