Abstract

Crimes within the familytake différent formsthese crimes maybedirectedagainstassets or againstchildren,so the legislatorrequired protection of the family and public morals due to the close relationshipbetweenthem and hiskeenness on the importance of the familyentityformdisintégration. The crime againstassetsmeansevery crime committed by the branchagainst one of itsassets, no matter how high and isdividedaccording to algérian législation intotwoparts,the first of whichis crimes against the person of assetsthat affect his life and is the crime of murder. Wounding and givingharmful substance while the second section is crime againstfundsassets,whichis the crime of theftagainstassets and the crimes of brauds on assets. In this regard of crimes,the légal linkbetween the origin and so the legislator made it an aggravatingcircumstence in crimes affecting the personassetsthatviolatehis right to life and physicalintegrity and the légitimate association wasalso à reason for exemption formpunishment and lifting the penalty for the accused in crimes againstfundsassets. Wedealt with crimes affectingminors,such as the crime of aborition,murder of the newborn child ,non-delivery of the minor,the crime of leaving minors and exposingthem to danger,while crimes related to the civil status are a continouscotraction,we have touched on the crime of not declaring and preventing the crime of not declaring and preventing the vérification of the identity of the minor,the crime of impersonating the name of others,and crimes of usingincompletemeans.
