Abstract

This research aims to examine the "Digital transformation and its role in improving the performance of the institution banking" by highlighting the definition of digital transformation and his relation with improving the performance of the institution banking by providing a variety of services by using modern mechanisms to ensure the easy and speed performance, and the importance of upgrading the standards and quality of services for customers to earn their trust and fidelity. At the end, the study concluded that the application of digital transformation has a role in improving the performance of the institution representing the study sample to ensure their continuity, important results of this study is that Algerian banking institutions still suffer from the shortcomings in the use of modern technology because it is insufficient and characterized by a level indicates not to abandon traditional methods in its dealing once and for all
