Préparation des Peintures Eco-friendly/ NatPaint

Abstract

A new formulation of eco-friendly paints (Gouache) based on natural biosource of plant origin has been developed. The process of preparation of this ecological paint goes through stages ; we start the mixture by incorporating the components at once then we pass the dispersion of viscous mixture under Ultrasound, at the end everything and heat until boiling. After cooling the paint (Gouache) is obtained according to the desired colour. This process can be applied to many colours and can be useful to replace conventional processes. The use of natural products is an intelligent choice as it is good for the health of the human being and the protection of the environment
