Abstract

"The Constitutional Court is an independent oversight body estqblished by the 2020 constitutional amendment to ensure proper implementation of the Constitution and respect for its provisions . it exercises mandatory and prior control over organic laws and the internal regulations of both houses of Parliament , based on a compulsory referral by the president of the Republic . The control ensures the full conformity of these texts with the Constitution , both in form and substance , making Court a fundamental mechanism for protecting the constitutional order and strengthening democratic practice "
