Abstract
This study aims at indicating the conclusion and application of international treaties,
the methods and procedures for the conclusion of international treaties, the
competent author of the international treaty, the treaty ratification mechanism and
the competent ratifier
Treaties and the roles of the executive and the legislature in this process. The
importance of this study lies in the statement in the rules of procedure of States of
the means of enforcing an international treaty, which indicates the treaties that must
be submitted to Parliament for ratification for entry into force, as well as the treaty's
legal status in a peace that legally lists force in accordance with the legal hierarchy,
and the position of the judiciary on the principle of legal superiority.
This study came up with the most important recommendations, including a
comprehensive review of treaties prior to ratification This is because after the
ordinary bill has been ratified and promulgated by law, it is subject to amendment,
addendum or repeal, After the approval of the ratification bill, the Council of the
Nation cannot re-examine it, but the treaty is re-examined by agreement between
the Contracting States and the Treaty is subject to the control of national bodies.
