Abstract

The importance of denying lineage has increased in light of récent discoveries and scientific development, so that the issue of DNA is one of the most i,portant means related to lineage, and through this we tried to shed light on denying lineage through DNA, and in during thid problem, several questions arose about the extent to whivh the law relied on the intoduction of genetic fingerprinting in the issue of denying parentage as a ,odern tevhnique reached by science in the filed of medical discoveries, in constrast to the curse, which is considered the only method derivedfrom islamic law.Then we touched on the position of the algerian legislator regarding fingerprinting,and was it accepted ? And all this through the cultural and ideological backgrounds of these laws
