| dc.description.abstract | The idea of start up has been very successful globally on the economic side. It was adopted by the Algerian legislature with the issuance of Executive Decree No. 20.254, in which it touched on how to obtain start up’s mark and also on incubators, as well as its deliberations with the Donors' Committee, as well as the development of several new sources of funding and incentives in an effort to increase the chances of success of such institutions. | en_US |
