Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent to which corporate governance
pillars contribute to the development of human performance in institutions, by
applying survey study on 74 staff workers in Ain Al-Touta-Batna Cement
Company, data is through collected using questionnaire as a basic tool and the
use of interview as a supporting tool with some of the company’s staff. Several
methods were used in the statistical analysis of the data, including: regression
factor and data analysis using spss statistical software. The study reached a
number of results, the most important of which is: there is a moral role for the
pillars of corporate governance in improving human performance at Ain AlTouta-Batna Cement Company.
