Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role that good governance plays in universities in order to achieve a greater degree of transparency, fairness and equality, and helps the university administration to play its main role in facing the challenges it faces. Governance also plays an important role in setting standards and mechanisms governing the performance of all members of the university family
