dc.description.abstractIslamic branches and windows of traditional banks have become a reality for many banking institutions, regardless of their motives and reasons. This study is to emphasize "Evaluate the experience of the Islamic window in commercial banks. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the concepts and differences between commercial banks and Islamic banks, as well as the concept, origin, motivation and objectives of Islamic window and its positive and negative effects. Explain how to address these challenges and constraints. Therefore, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the sample customers of commercial banks, and the social science statistical software was used for data analysis and hypothesis test. An important conclusion of this study is that the strong desire of customers for Islamic transactions is the way for traditional banks to move towards the Islamic window.en_US
