Résumé
The crime of kidnapping minors is considered one of the serious crimes that affect human freedom and physical integrity, because it represents an attack on a vulnerable group that is unable to defend itself, and it also constitutes an attack on freedom of movement and personal security because it is one of the basic pillars of individual freedom. Given the seriousness of this crime and its negative impact on children, families, and society, algerian law has tightened penalties for perpetrators by issuing a series of laws aimed at preventing and combating kidnapping crimes against individuals in general, and minors in particular. these laws include law 20/15, which includes strict penalties for the felony of kidnapping persons and minors, in addition to approving a series of preventive measures to combat this crime.
