Abstract

"This study was entitled « Vocational Training and its Role in Activating the Entrepreneurship Orientation, a Case Study of the Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Center, Ahmed Zabana Ain Al-Kihel. It aims to identify the extent to which vocational training contributes to activating the entrepreneurship orientation among those formed in Algeria, as we presented the most important definitions related to the independent variable and the dependent variable, as well as shedding light on the most important previous studies that dealt with the same topic. The field study was conducted on a sample of 50 members at the Ahmed Zabana Ain Al-Kihal Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Center. We assumed a main hypothesis from which a group of sub-hypotheses emerged, and to prove or reject it, we designed a questionnaire and processed its outputs using the Spss system, and we reached the following results: 1- The most important strategy is to create new specializations in vocational training that are in line with the needs of the labor market, in coordination with various active sectors, especially the economic sector. 2- The trainees are directed towards the mode of training and specialization according to their desire, primarily in order to create their own projects. In the event that the specialization is saturated, they are directed to another specialization that is compatible with their intellectual and physical qualifications and is closer to their desire. 3- Vocational training enhances the spirit of innovation and creativity by providing technical skills to the trainees and introducing them to various support and accompaniment devices. Accordingly, the study concluded that vocational training contributes to activating the entrepreneurial orientation of the trainees. "
