dc.description.abstractInternational humanitarian law is considered one of the most important laws that all agree on one goal, which is to provide protection to civilians during international armed conflicts or non-international armed conflicts. The scope of application of this law is divided into three scopes, the first of which is the physical scope, which is represented by international and non-international armed conflicts.
