The advancement in digital technology, along with the widespread use of the internet and various electronic applications, has led to the modernization of the administrative sector. This has prompted many countries around the world, including Algeria, to adopt electronic administration. Electronic administration is considered one of the modern mechanisms to combat administrative corruption by addressing its negative aspects such as favoritism, bribery, nepotism and other administrative, functional, and legal deviations that hinder the development of administrative systems. This is achieved through the use of information and communication technology in administrative work, aiming to eliminate the administrative work, aiming to eliminate the traditional bureaucratic model of providing public services and move toward a more flexible and efficient electronic model that saves time, effort, and cost, while also enhancing transparency, accountability, and justice.en_US
