Abstract
The study aimed to know the role of leadership styles in developing the skills of workers, and
the problem of the study was triangulated in the study of this role. Leadership styles are the
main aspect in most private and governmental institutions for the purpose of organizing and
running the institution. The hypothesis of the study is that there is a statistically significant
correlation between leadership style and skills development at the Medical Gloves Foundation
in Ain Temouchent , and We followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study
relied on primary and secondary sources in collecting information and was divided into two
axes, representing the first axis in the independent variable, which is leadership styles. and
intellectual arousal) and the reciprocal leadership style and it has 3 dimensions which are
(Technical skills, technical skills and communication skills (and To analyze the data, we, as
researchers, relied on a questionnaire, which we distributed to a deliberate sample of 40
individuals in the factory using the statistical package for social sciences spss version No. 22,
and the most important results of the study are that the leadership style is one of the most
important factors affecting the acquisition of skills in the institution. The most important
recommendations of the study :Taking the administrative leadership into consideration in
forming the real needs of workers and their preparations for it.
