Abstract

Corruption is a social fact that has become a dangerous type of crime in current cases. whether on the national or international arena, and this is because of the real obstacle it poses to development efforts; And an obstacle to real institutional building, as it threatens society in all its aspects, and is one of the reasons for the internal and external weakness of states. For the sake of all this, the Algerian procedural legislator, like the rest of the legislation that suffers more or less from this criminal phenomenon, has adapted its procedural laws in a way that is compatible with this criminal phenomenon, in order to confront it. This is what the Algerian procedural legislator responded to by amending some procedural texts to give flexibility to investigation and trial procedures, as well as investigations, easing procedural restrictions.
