Abstract

Social security system disputes are considered among the most important topics in our contemporary era, given their distinctive nature characterized by purely technical procedures. This study focuses on analyzing the conceptual and legal framework of social security disputes, as well as their settlement methods, whether through amicable means via local and national committees, or before judicial authorities. The social security system possesses a unique and distinct character compared to other types of disputes, owing to its precise terminology. Distinct boundaries must be established for these terms to provide the correct understanding of the dispute. These terms include: representative capital and monthly annuity, disability percentage and disability pension, daily allowances, among other terminology.
