Abstract

This memorandum addresses the financial feasibility study as an essential tool for evaluating investment projects, by analyzing costs, cash flows, and profitability with the aim of making informed financial decisions that reduce risks and support the sustainability of institutions, particularly start-ups. This theoretical framework was supported by a practical application through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) of the « Sleeping Pods at Algiers Airport » project, which targets travelers by providing an innovative service that provides comfort and privacy within the airport. The model highlighted the project’s key aspects, such as customer segments, value proposition, revenue sources, and key resources and activities, contributing to a clear and comprehensive vision of the project’s feasibility and effectiveness in a competitive economic environment
