Abstract

Islamic law and the Algerian legislator have attached great importance to alternative methods of resolving family disputes as effective means to end disputes between spouses, and to develop a solution to the dispute in a short period and at the lowest costs, as these mechanisms have a special character in achieving justice and social peace, resorting to them has become urgent due to the expansion of cases before the judiciary, accordingly they maintain the bonds of affection and achieve peace and family security, and reconcile spouses instead of separation, and The importance of reconciliation, arbitration and criminal mediation in general appears in that it enjoys distinct care in resolving marital disputes to be an effective tool in building the entity of members of society.
