Abstract

With the recent technological development, the country witnessed several criminal operations in all fields, so the law entrusted preventive measures to limit and stop these operations. The Algerian legislator has authorized them to carry out procedures, collect proofs and evidence, and control crimes within the framework of what is called the protection and safety of society, as well as punish and deter the accused. The latter must also be surrounded by restrictions that must be respected, and in the event of their non-compliance and violation of the legal system, they are held legally accountable as well. They bear the consequences of their mistakes as well as give them protection against any attack
