Abstract

"

The Algerian Family Law has established a set of measures to guarantee the rights of working women, such as the dowry, as well as the stipulation that the wife can stipulate her work in the marriage contract. As for alimony for a working woman, her work does not affect her alimony because the legislator did not differentiate between working and stay-at-home women, and the same judgement in the case of iddat alimony and negligence. And we also find the impact of a women’s work on her right to harm her interest in the custody of the child.
