Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of cloud computing adoption on employee job performance in insurance companies in Algeria, with a particular focus on the National Insurance Company as a case study. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach and relies on a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees and managers within the company, as well as to affiliated institutions. After conducting statistical analysis using SPSS and testing the study hypotheses, the findings reveal a statistically significant positive effect of cloud computing adoption on improving employee job performance. The results also indicate that cloud computing contributes to faster decision-making due to real-time data availability, reduces operational costs by eliminating the need for expensive IT infrastructure, and enhances customer satisfaction by minimizing routine tasks. Furthermore, it strengthens collaboration among internal teams through unified cloud-based platforms.
