Abstract
Skills are essential to the success of institutions because of their ability to achieve
creativity. This study addressed the role of skills management in improving human
performance at the National Social Insurance Fund, AinTmuchent, which aimed to recognize
the role of skills management in improving the performance of the institution in question and
to clarify the relationship between the two research variables.
In order to achieve these objectives, the corresponding and resolution was relied upon to
collect the necessary data and information, as the enterprise's frames were selected as the
study community and the resolution was distributed to them, 30 processors were recovered to
be analyzed using SPSS26 in statistical analysis of data based on several measures.
We have come up with a set of conclusions that have suggested studying several
recommendations, the most important of which is a greater interest in and management of
skills to ensure the continuity of improving human performance, which is a foundation or
principle for meeting the competitive requirements of the enterprise environment
