Etude quelque plantes menacées dans la région D’Aïn-Témouchent

Abstract

In this work we carried out the study for the purpose of the description on the biomorphometric parameters the samples are processed by the software ImageJ, for the precise calculation of the quantitative characters followed by a statistical analysis. The results of the main component analysis we have chosen four rare and threatened plants in the wilaya of Ain Témouchent because of their biological and agronomic importance which are: Duckweed (Lemna minor); Sea Lily (Pancratium Maritimum); Posidonia (Posidonia oceanica); The Glasswort (Salicornia europaea). Our results showed the almost total disappearance of duckweed and sea lily, we found these plants in only one region so we could not study the biomorphometric parameters according to our results, there is a relationship between the length of the root system and the length of the aerial part for Posidonia. Also no similarity between the two regions (Sassel and Rechgoune)studied for this species. On the contrary for Salicornia, no relation between the length of the aerial part and the root system
