Abstract

"The study conducted on the CNAS Foundation aims to investigate the impact of digitization on improving the quality of insurance services within the institution. The study aims to analyze how digitization applications are implemented in various administrative aspects and to understand the nature of the relationship between the adoption of these applications and the improvement of the level of services provided to insured persons. The study demonstrates that the Foundation The study demonstrates that CNAS effectively relies on digitalization for data collection and processing, and that these systems are advanced, qualified, and well-appointed in the use and exploitation of information and in supporting administrative decisions. Furthermore, the study indicates tangible improvements in the quality of insurance services at CNAS, reflecting that digitalization has contributed to enhancing the quality of insurance services. Finally, the study shows a positive and statistically significant relationship between the use of digitalization in CNAS and the improvement of insurance service quality, demonstrating the importance of directing attention and investment in these systems to enhance performance and excellence within the institution.
