Abstract

"This study addressed the conceptual, legal, and functional framework of the phenomenon of ""scientific plagiarism"" (academic plagiarism), its most prominent forms, and the reasons for its spread in academic and university circles. The study primarily sought to answer a central problem, which is defining the nature of scientific plagiarism and the extent of the effectiveness of the mechanisms established by the Algerian legislator to prevent and combat it, with a focus on an analytical and integrated reading of the new developments introduced by Ministerial Decision No. 1082 dated December 27, 2020"
