Abstract

Through this chapter, the theoretical literature and the conceptual framework of innovation and financial performance and its evaluation were addressed, where the relationship between them was demonstrated. From the above, we found that innovation is of great importance to the institution because it provides it with tremendous opportunities to develop its financial performance and then the survival and growth of the institution and a competitive ability that protects it from the risk of fading.
