Abstract
"This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture with its dimensions (values, beliefs,
norms, expectations), on job integration at SONELGAZ directorate in Ain Temouchant, and in order to
reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used. The tools of the study were the
questionnaire distributed to 90 individuals from SONELGAZ workers in Ain Temouchant, and to
analyze the data obtained we used the statistical package program (SPSS) version (26) and a number of
results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a moderate negative relationship
between organizational culture and job integration. The study recommended the need to involve
workers in the decision-making process, create programs for new employees to introduce them to the
organization's culture and enhance their sense of belonging. The study recommended the need to
