Abstract

"This study aims to explore the role of business intelligence, represented by its dimensions: data warehouse, real-time analytical processing, and competitive intelligence, and its impact on achieving organizational excellence at the Beni Saf Cement Plant in Ain Temouchent. To achieve this goal, a descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample of 31 employees. The data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program (version 26). The study reached a set of theoretical and applied results, the most prominent of which is the statistical significance of the business intelligence dimensions on organizational agility. One of the most important recommendations of the study is the need to expand the scope of use of business intelligence systems within the organization to help build organizational agility
