Abstract

" Terrorism is considererd one of the most serious threats to national security and internatinal stability , due to it’s complex structure and diverse forms ,This thesis analyses the concept of criminal participation in terrorist offenses distinguishing between principal perpetrators and accomplices ,and highlighting the composite nature of such crimes it also examines the legal mechanisms for combating terrorism white a particular focus on Algerian legislation , which has undergone significant reforms In both substantive and procedural aspects to address thid phenomenon effectively."
