حماية الملكية الصناعية في إطار التشريعات الوطنية و الدولية

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal framework for the protection of industrial property in Algeria by examining national legislation and its alignment with international agreements, particularly the TRIPS Agreement. The research relied on a comparative analytical approach to evaluate Algerian legal texts in relation to international standards, alongside descriptive and deductive methods to draw conclusions and make recommendations. The study concluded that Algeria's legal framework has made notable progress in protecting industrial property; however, practical challenges remain in implementation. These require improving enforcement and judicial mechanisms to better align with global standards. This research highlights the importance of promoting industrial property protection as a driver of national economic development.
