Abstract
Through a series of qualitative interviews with 8 participant, the research explored how kinship relations and formal organization structural influence the construction of professional is identity of workers
The result reveal a clear division at how workers perceive kinship ties in the workplace .04 four out of 08 eight respondents 50% expressed that having relatives within the work environment facilitated better communication, increased trust and created more comfortable atmosphere. These respondents tend to define their work identity partially through personal relationships suggesting a hybrid from of professional identity shaped by both familial and institutional factors.
On the other side, three 03 participants 37.5% considered kinship ties as potentially harmful to fairness and professional development .they sized the importance of merit transparency and formal structures in shaping of coherent and independent work identity ,one participant remained ambivalent.
Additionally the majority of respondents 62.5% emphasized the importance of applying internal regulations and laws to formal norms. For these workers professionalism is closely linked to clear rules equal treatment and detachment from informal networks. This supports the hypothesis that formal professional relationships play a key role in fostering a stable and recognized worker identity.
Overall ,the finding suggest that the construction of professional identity in the workplace is dynamic process influenced by the tension between the informal social bonds and the official organizational framework ,while kinship can offer emotional and practical benefits ,it may also hinder institutional self-worth for workers.
