Résumé
"This thesis aims to examine the impact of digitalization on job satisfaction within organizations, focusing on how digital tools contribute to improving the work environment, facilitating task performance, and enhancing internal communication among employees.
A descriptive approach was adopted, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 50 employees from various departments and levels within the organization under study.
The study resulted in several findings, the most notable being:
There is a positive relationship between digitalization and job satisfaction, reflecting the organization's success in integrating modern technologies into the work environment."
